Care instructions
- Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It's not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.

Once payment is received, work on your order will commence. Usual manufacture time is 3 business days, then allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If your Playing Hooki kit has not arrived in 30 days or so, just let us know and we will work it out.
Shipping takes up to 30 days from the of placing your order. We find that delivery is much quicker than this usually, but we quote the maximum so we are all on the same page.
If you are unhappy with your kit when it arrives, let us know, straight away... no delay!
We will honour returns within 14 days of arrival.

How long does custom kit take to arrive?
We recommend allowing 30 days from placing order to receiving exciting new kit indoor hands. This is to allow for printing and shipping times as well as a little extra in case there are delays.

We can help customise any writing - names work really well. Nicknames, team names, destinations, year... you get the drift.
